Ingredients in Bread Dipping Oil:

Olive Oil- use a high quality olive oil for the best results. As a main ingredient, quality olive oil will really shine in this appetizer.

Garlic- we are adding in freshly minced garlic when you add the olive oil, but you can also use garlic powder (not minced garlic) if you do not have fresh garlic.

Spices- parsley, rosemary, basil, oregano, crushed red pepper, sea salt and black pepper.

Tools needed to make Carrabba’s Olive Oil and Herb Bread Dip:

  • Measuring spoons
  • Small mason jar to store the herb mix in
  • Small plate to serve the oil on

How to make Carrabba’s Bread Dip:

Combine the spices and herbs together in a jar.

Place 1 Tablespoon of the herb mix on a small plate.

Pour olive oil over the top. Add the minced garlic to the oil.

Tips for the best Olive Oil Dipping Oil:

  • Make sure you are using dried herbs and spices. The ratios for fresh herbs would be different.
  • Use a high quality olive oil for the best results- it really makes a difference!
  • Make the herb and spice mix ahead and store for whenever you need and appetizer or a good snack! Just add the fresh garlic and olive oil when ready to serve.

How to store the herb and spice mix:

Store the prepared herb and spice mix in a sealed container at room temperature. I like to use these small mason jars and keep it in my pantry.
