Ingredients in this Green Goddess Smoothie recipe:

Baby Spinach-use fresh baby spinach, not frozen.

Frozen Mixed Fruit- You can use your favorite fruits or what you have on hand. I used a mix of frozen strawberries, pineapple, peaches and mango.

Yogurt- you can use regular or dairy free. Yogurt not only adds creaminess to the smoothie, but also good-for-your-gut probiotic. Your gut is your second brain, so it’s very important to feed your gut good bacterial. Healthy gut =immune system support.

Avocado- full of healthy fats, omega-3’s, vitamins, and provides creaminess for the smoothie.

Orange

Kiwis- did you know that kiwis have more vitamin C than oranges? They’re also full of vitamin K and E, and fiber.

Choice of Milk- use your favorite milk.

How to make this Immune Boosting Green Goddess Smoothie:

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.

Tips and tricks for the best Green Goddess Smoothie recipe:

  • You can use either unsweetened or sweetened yogurt in this smoothie. Sweetened yogurt will produce a sweeter smoothie, but if you use unsweetened yogurt, this smoothie will be sweetened by fruit.
  • You can prep a few ingredients beforehand in a ziploc and keep in the freezer, that way it makes it even quicker to make which is great for busy mornings. You can prep the fresh spinach, frozen fruit, avocado, orange and kiwi in a ziploc. When ready, add the contents to a blender and then add the rest of the ingredients and blend together.

How to store leftover smoothie:

Since this recipe yields two servings, you can either easily half the recipe to make one serving, or you can freeze any leftovers in ice cube trays and then blend them at a later time.
