This Grilled Peach Crisp is cooked right on the grill and comes together in just 30 minutes. Juicy peaches and a lovely oat crumble pair great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the ultimate summer dessert that will wow any crowd.
It’s officially peach season again and time to use up your abundance of peaches before they get too ripe.
Peach season is easily one of my favorite season because peach is my all time favorite fruit and flavor.
I love peach tea, peach desserts, peach muffins (like these Peach Cobbler Muffins), peach anything!
This Grilled Peach Crisp is bursting with fresh peaches and is the perfect dessert for a cookout or when you’re already grilling something for dinner. I love prepping this while my meat and veggies are being grilled and then instead of turning the grill right off when they’re done, I throw this peach crisp on and let it cook while we eat dinner. Then by the time we’re done, it’s ready and steaming hot to enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. YUM!

Ingredients in Grilled Peach Crisp:
Peaches- fresh, ripe and juicy peaches work best. I have not tried frozen peaches or nectarines with this recipe.
Lemon Juice- fresh squeezed lemon juice here.
Sugar- you can use cane sugar, brown sugar or coconut sugar. I tried each one and all came out delicious.
Rolled Oats- if you are gluten free, make sure you use gluten free rolled oats to avoid any cross contamination.
Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour– this is my favorite 1 for 1 gluten free flour. It’s the one in the blue bag.
Dairy Free Butter- my favorite and go-to is Country Crock Plant Butter. I have not tested coconut oil.
Liquid Sweetener- you can use maple syrup, honey or agave here.
Vanilla- pure vanilla is the best!
Cinnamon- feel free to add according to your preference. You can even throw in a dash of nutmeg.
Salt

minutesThis Grilled Peach Crisp is cooked right on the grill and comes together in just 30 minutes. Juicy peaches and a lovely oat crumble pair great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the ultimate summer dessert that will wow any crowd.
Ingredients
- Peach Layer
6 medium ripe peaches, washed and diced
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
- Oat Crisp Layer
1 cup gluten free rolled oats
3 Tablespoons Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour
Dash of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
4 Tablespoons dairy free butter, room temperature
2 Tablespoons liquid sweetener- maple syrup, honey or agave
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Topping
Scoop of dairy free vanilla ice cream
Dairy free whipped topping
Directions
- Preheat your grill to about 475 degrees, burners turned halfway on.
- Combine the peach layer ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a 12-14″ long piece of heavy duty aluminum foil. Create a 1 inch tall wall of aluminum foil on each side so the juice does not drip.
- Combine the oat crisp layer ingredients together in a bowl. Spread an even layer on top of the peaches.
- Rip another 12-14″ long piece of heavy duty aluminum foil and loosely tent/wrap on top, covering the peach crisp. Make sure there is enough room for air flow so that the air can circulate in the foil and cook the peach crisp.
- Grill for 25-30 minutes, until the peaches are bubbling. Take the top foil off and grill for an additional 5-10 minutes so that the oat crumble can get crisp.
- Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping and enjoy!
