It’s effortless and great for entertaining groups or even an appetizer for your family on game day. Plus its perfect for people who can’t have dairy!

Gone are the days of people who are dairy free just munching on the chips and veggies that surround the dip! They finally get to partake in it too!

Ingredients:

Marinated Artichoke Hearts Don’t forget to drain and chop them!

Baby Spinach- fresh is the best!

Dairy Free Sour Cream- I used Forager Project and loved the results. It gave the dip a nice tanginess.

Garlic

Dairy Free Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese- I used Good Planet and cannot rave enough about that brand. I swear it’s even cheesier than regular cheese, in a really good way!

Salt and Pepper- ties it all together

Dairy Free Cream Cheese- I used KiteHill vegan cream cheese for this recipe. I also love Tofutti, but did not do a recipe test with that brand. If you use it, let me know how it goes!

Tools to make this Spinach and Artichoke Dip:

  • Crockpot- I used this 3 quart crockpot and it was the perfect size for this recipe. If you double or triple the recipe for a larger crowd, use a larger crockpot.
  • Silicone spatula or wooden spoon
