Reasons to love Cookies and Cream Overnight Oats:
- Perfect make-ahead breakfast

- Can be made up to 4 days in advance
- Can be made entirely gluten and dairy free- hello gluten free Oreo’s!
Ingredients in Cookie and Cream Overnight Oats:
Rolled Oats– you can use regular or gluten free rolled oats. Rolled oats are the best as quick oats will get too soggy and steel cut oats won’t soften enough. Rolled oats are often referred as old-fashioned oats, so either will work!
Chia Seeds– these little guys are powerhouses! They are packed not only with fiber, but protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and plenty of other nutrients. Chia seeds also become gelatinous when in liquid producing a thicker, almost pudding like texture.
Protein Powder– I highly suggest adding your favorite protein powder to these overnight oats for added protein. You can use vanilla, chocolate or even a cookies and cream flavor.
Milk of Choice- use your favorite milk, dairy free or regular. I like to use unsweetened original almond milk.
Maple Syrup- to add a hint of sweetness. You can also use honey or agave.
Oreo’s- you can use regular or gluten free Oreo’s. To switch it up, you can use a different flavor of Oreo like mint, chocolate or birthday cake. I think any flavor of Oreo would be yummy here!
White Chocolate Chips- I love adding these as a bit of a crunch factor. You can use regular or dairy free. I like using Enjoy Life Mini White Chocolate Chips.

We are using gluten free rolled oats and gluten free Oreo’s to make these oats gluten free. Oats are naturally gluten free but often times they are cross contaminated with wheat. If you are gluten free, make sure to use certified gluten free oats to prevent any cross contamination. Some people with Celiac’s cannot tolerate oats because it’s a grain (even if they are certified gluten free), so if you have Celiac’s use your best discretion.
