They’re perfect for crowds because they’re so easy and quick to make. Plus who doesn’t like chocolate and peanut butter?! I promise these will be a crowd pleaser.
What you need:
Peanut butter – I use all creamy, all natural with no salt. If yours is salted, omit the 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Coconut oil – I use naturally unrefined so that there is no coconut taste
Honey – Locally sourced is the best!
Vanilla – Make sure to use pure vanilla extract
Salt – To taste. Only use if peanut butter is unsalted.
Cheerios – I use Multigrain Cheerios which are certified gluten free. Store brand typically is not gluten free so be careful if you need gluten free. If you want these to be refined sugar free, use plain Cheerios.
Chocolate – Peanut butter’s partner in crime!
